Great for hamburger, carne asada, pot roast, and other dishes that favor leaner cuts?
We have a few older cows for sale each year. All are 100% grass fed. Cows will be leaner and not as tender, but they have a great beefy flavor.
They cost a lot less and they make great lean ground beef, Chicken fried steak, or carne asada. If you like hamburger, carne asada, or stir fry this may be a more affordable option.
These cattle are typically ready for harvest in late spring early summer.
