Good stockmanship is not only important in aniamal care and welfare, but it can also be a effective tool in better pasture managment.

We have been working with the Matthew Shapiro, Rangeland advisor with the University of California Cooperative extension to evaluate the use of herding and stockmanship in placing and moving cattle to better manage pasture. We put together this video to showcase the results
